Brian Grazer Marries Marketing Exec Veronica Smiley at Star-Studded Wedding

Brian Grazer is off the market.

The über producer tied the knot on Feb. 20 in Santa Monica, marrying Veronica Smiley in front of a guest list filled with A-listers. The two had been engaged since April 2014 after Grazer proposed at Santa Monica’s Huntley Hotel.

According to reports, nuptial attendees included Oprah Winfrey; Walt Disney chief Bob Iger and wife Willow Bay; CBS chairman Les Moonves; Paramount’s Brad Grey; Fox TV Group’s Dana Walden; George Lucas; Robert Downey Jr. and wife Susan; Chris Rock; Eddie Murphy; Michael Keaton; Tobey Maguire; Terrence Howard; Gayle King; and Lionel Richie. Newlyweds Jimmy Iovine and Liberty Ross also showed up, one week after their own Beverly Hills wedding.

Grazer’s Imagine Entertainment partner Ron Howard also was in attendance and handled the toast. For the wedding, the bride wore a nude dress designed by Grazer’s friend Vera Wang, a creation she said “made me feel like I was floating.” For the reception, she changed into a white mini-dress with a long train.

The marriage is Grazer’s fourth. He previously wed Theresa McKay, Corki Corman and Gigi Levangie. He has two children with Corman and two with Levangie.

Smiley previously worked as chief marketing officer at hotel and real estate company SBE from September 2012 through March 2015. She has also held marketing positions at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, Integrity Multimedia Company, Procter & Gamble and Clairol. Her LinkedIn profile currently says that she’s “self-employed.”

She shared multiple photos on Instagram of their wedding and changed her name to “Veronica Grazer.” Chen also posted a photo on Instagram of the couple dancing at the wedding, revealing that Grazer recruited Rob Base to perform his classic rap song “It Takes Two.”
