Anne Hathaway's White Shirtdress by Zac Posen is Back in Stock at Gap

Anne Hathaway stunned the world in an all-white Gap look at the Bulgari Aeterna High Jewelry Event in Rome. The actress, known for donning the most high-profile fashion houses, sported a custom poplin shirtdress designed by none other than Gap Inc.’s newly appointed creative director, Zac Posen. In May, the dress became available on Gap.com and sold out pretty much instantly. It’s now back in stock in select sizes.

The Poplin White Shirtdress is made from 100-percent organic cotton and retails for $158. As of July 11, it’s available online only in limited quantities in sizes 00, 0, 8 and 16.

“Designing this custom white shirt dress was an exciting opportunity to reimagine Gap’s classic white shirt,” says Posen. “By incorporating elements like the shirt’s collar and placket, and adding feminine touches with darting at the waist, we created a modern look that pays homage to the elegance of Audrey Hepburn in Roman Holiday,” the designer continues.

For Anne Hathaway’s full look, celebrity stylist Erin Walsh paired the deconstructed dress with white pumps, a semi-sheer corset and mini shorts. Hathaway was also, of course, dripping in Bulgari jewels.
